Refund Policy

Products in unused condition can be returned within seven days of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused and have the product tags still attached. Approved returns will receive store credit only, minus any applicable fees. Refunds are not offered.

Shipping Policy

All orders on our website are processed within 5-10 business days before they are shipped. Delivery times after shipment are approximately:

  • Canada & US: 3-5 Business Days
  • Europe: 5-7 Business Days
  • Rest of the world: 7-14 Business Days

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for any fees, such as customs duties or taxes, that may apply to your shipment upon delivery. Customers are encouraged to carefully review and ensure accuracy when entering personal and delivery information. We cannot be held liable for incorrect delivery details or addresses, as changes cannot be made once orders have been dispatched. In the event that an order is sent to an incorrect address or an exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for any additional re-delivery charges.
